What is On-time Delivery Guarantee?

It is an additional value-added service assurance from Migrera for you. If your shipment gets delayed more than the ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival), Migrera will pay you as compensation for the delay.

How can I avail On-time Delivery Guarantee?

In the "Quotes page”, select packers and movers for which you see a “Migrera Anchored On-time Delivery badge” for assurance.

How will I be paid in a situation of delayed delivery?

The refund process will be initiated after the successful delivery. The amount is calculated based on the number of delayed days and paid within 4-6 business days post-delivery. For any other assistance, contact your move coordinator or write us to [email protected].

How is the delay calculated?

Suppose your household is loaded and packed on 10th of this month and the ETA provided by the packers and movers is 4-6 days. Excluding the day of loading and packing, your on-time delivery day is calculated as 16th of that month. A delay in the shipment post 16th, you will be paid accordingly.

What days are excluded in calculating the Delivery time?

  • Day of packing and loading
  • Strikes, national holidays, major festivals.( we follow NSE holiday calendar )
  • Floods, road blockage due to government construction / restrictions / broader security checks.
  • Any natural disasters.

Other Terms and Conditions:

  1. The On-time guarantee is not applicable if you have opted for storage or not ready to accept the delivery on the date and slot communicated by the team.
  2. Arrival time of the delivery team at the drop point is taken into account for calculating the time of delivery.
  3. Order amount referred above excludes insurance, storage, handyman charges or tips, taxes amount.
  4. It is applicable only when full payment for the shifting is made on or before the move day.
  5. It is not applicable if the delivery is required on high-demand days i.e. on Saturday & Sunday of a month’s first and last week.
  6. Migrera reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
